A creative company - turning your message into connections.

This morning my team, brought in a very talented Process Management Expert, Abi Kronenberg, to create a flow chart of our processes, project implementation and an analysis our “client life  branding system” and one of our secret “soda flavors” - Search Engine Optimization or SEO.

I was concerned, to say the least, a little skeptical but mostly I was wary, we would “blend away” the good taste of our creative juices.

  • How could a creative company, that takes raw content, ideas, a brand and “your” company’s message and turns it into a connection?
  • Make an assembly line type operation from the creative process?
  • I say no!
  • No - I say, hell no!
  • Can you define the magic of the creative process,  it was unheard of, ridiculous, never been done before on record! Now, “they” were trying to pigeon hole me, into a corporate world filled with flow charts and a world of do-this-next.

Not going to happen. It did. And I think it was very helpful.

Well, to tell the truth, it was darn eye opening and made me realize that the system and methods, we have developed and established for working with clients and on projects, are spot on and are the perfect mix and symmetry between creative, client and project management.

I want to thank Abi and Tony (Tony’s our Director of Sales and Marketing) for dragging me into this exercise, no matter how reluctantly I was in the beginning - I recommend it to any business with strong methodology or a system with a lot of moving parts and people, to take a look at finding a professional consult, like Abi, to start the process and see how the flow-goes.

What I found? It can be creative, entertaining and enlightening.

Mostly, I look forward to seeing how this improves creativity, project management and the dreaded act of defining the “P” word - process. See you on the streets, unless you see me first. Please say hello and give me your best YO STELLA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
