I pulled up behind this “undercover sun lover” at a stoplight outside the Reston Town Center, the new addition to the Fairfax County, Reston Police Squad included a sweet female police officer on hazardous duty - sun screen not included. I was laughing once I realized what the deal was and she laughed right back, this is perfect and makes the point right along with the BMW’s vanity tag - SEIZED!
