Well the simple answer, a tribe is the group of individuals your organization is trying to reach for some purpose and this tribe is much smaller than let’s say the whole online universe and they’re interested in your message, product or service.
I bet you didn’t know your a chief of a tribe and your tribe wants information about “YOU” so they can follow, trust, think, seek out your resources and expertise. Usually this following starts online and then step forward toward contacting your organization directly once some understanding and trust has been built.
