DUDE, WHERES THE CASH? Here's what scares Kutcher: "When I have a conversation with
someone and they say, 'I'm not worried about monetization yet.'

What the heck? Ashton is at Fast Company and Tiger is at the Huffington Post?

Ashton Kutcher is at Fast Company and says he intends on becoming a new media mogul and social media thought leader. Take a look at this snippet below or follow this link to the full story:

The Katalyst HQ series illuminates what Kutcher’s production company wants to become: not just a home for his television and movie projects but also a go-to source for brands looking to deploy what’s called “influencer marketing,” a squishy hybrid of entertainment content, advertising, and online conversation that finds its audience via video, animation, Twitter, blogs, texts, and mobile. “Entertainment, really, is a dying industry,” says Kutcher. “We’re a balanced social-media studio, with revenue streams from multiple sources” — film, TV, and now digital. “For the brand stuff, we’re not replacing ad agencies but working with everyone to provide content and the monetization strategies to succeed on the Web.”

What does this have to do with Tiger Woods?

Good question, nothing really accept Tiger needs to take some of that 1 billion dollars and invest it by hiring a journalist to write his new material for release to the media outlets.

Here’s Tiger’s statement from the AP via Huffington Post or link through for the full story:

(AP) Tiger Woods was injured in a car accident early Friday when his car struck a tree near his mansion in a gated waterfront community, authorities said.

The Florida Highway Patrol said the 33-year-old PGA star hit the hydrant and a tree after pulling out of his driveway in his 2009 Cadillac sports utility vehicle.

The patrol reported Woods’ injuries as serious, though Woods spokesman Glenn Greenspan

said the golfer was treated at a hospital and released in good condition.

The patrol said alcohol was not involved, though the accident remains under investigation and charges could be filed. No one else was in the car, patrol spokeswoman Kim Montes said.

Woods’ $2.4 million home is part of the exclusive Isleworth subdivision near Orlando, a community set on an Arnold Palmer-designed golf course and a chain of small lakes. The neighborhood, which is fortified with high brick walls and has its own security force, is home to CEOs and other sports stars such as the NBA’s Shaquille O’Neal.

The accident happened at 2:25 a.m., though the FHP did not release the accident report until nearly 12 hours later.

Gary Bruhn, mayor of the adjacent community of Windermere, said police from that village were among the first on the accident scene and saw Woods with cuts on his face. Montes said troopers consider the injuries serious if they require more than minor medical attention.

Woods, who has won 82 times around the world and 14 majors, attended the Stanford-Cal football game, where he tossed the coin at the start of the game and was inducted into Stanford’s sports Hall of Fame at halftime.

He had traveled to China and Australia earlier in the month, winning the Australian Masters on Nov. 15.

Woods was to host his tournament, the Chevron World Challenge, on Monday at Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks, Calif.

He won six times this year after missing eight months recovering from reconstructive surgery on his left knee. Even though he failed to win a major, Woods said he considered this a successful year because he did not know how his knee would respond.

These are two examples of content stories and the weaving of a good piece of marketing content. Want to know the similarities between to two? Both are fiction and funny but done without a great amount of thought and creativity. Come on boys (Ashton and Tiger) you’ve got money to burn, gets some real help with that content and entertain us, damn it!

What do you think about both stories and there intend purposes?

Stella says, if you’re going to fool around make sure you do it in the right venue. Ashton should be doing his interview at Huffington Post and Tiger should be at Fast Company. LOL!

Both are good content and manage the message to both parties and reach an audience. The real question is does the audience believe these messages and do they connect? LOL!
